The Lapis Global Real Estate 25 Dividend Yield Index is com-posed of 25 equally weighted Real Estate related stocks, with a minimum of USD 5 billion of market capitalization and with uninterrupted and continuously increasing dividend pay-ments over the last 10 years. Our rule-based criteria for select-ing the most promising companies are applied during the quarterly rebalancing process (end of January, April, July and October).
This Lapis equity index is suitable for investors who are seek-ing a reliable long-term income stream from real estate com-panies. This asset class produces a predictable income stream from hard assets which provides protection against a poten-tial increase in inflation. All companies included in our equity index professionally manage portfolios consisting of com-mercial and residential properties.
