The legal relationship between the user and LAPIS is governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
The courts of Lugano (Ticino) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
LAPIS reserves the right to bring proceedings before the competent court at the user’s registered office, branch, or place of domicile.
